Jock Willink is a retired Navy Seal, Entrepreneur and Author. This is a short book club episode reading and chatting about a few passages from his book Discipline Equals Freedom: Field Manual. He has authored several books including The Dichotomy Of Leadership & several kids books as well. Jocko’s podcast is simply Jocko Podcast where he reads books about war and discusses them with his producer Echo Charles. This episode of The Nik Ingersoll Show was inspired by the format that they use on their show.
